I bought a A6s and was a bit apprehensive about possible down time after watching a gazillion YouTube videos. To my surprise this device is substantially effective! Very high quality and easy to use. I did my first session last nite on my face. I used a 16 pin cartridge and needled most of my face with HA at .50, cheeks and chin at .75 and orbital area and around lips at .25. No numming cream! It’s very tolerable. This morning my skin is so plump and the glow is incredible! My skin feels a bit tight as Expected, and is still a bit pink but I’m in love with that glow! My dermo wanted $500 for 1 session of Microneedling! Yikes! This is sooo affordable and works great! I bought nano cartridges and will be using those soon on my face and neck!
